Do Freagle/EHBE Owners Feel A Bit of Guilt?
From what I’ve seen and the amount of emails I’ve got coming through, it seems lots of people want out on the freagle program.
Most are people who have paid with credit cards and can’t seem to cancel the payments as the owners won’t respond.
From the whirlpool forum one guys said he got a reply saying “ they have had like "10000" emails and there’s only 2 of them to reply so it’s taking them forever.”
My question to the owners is simply, this:
How can you wake up every morning and feel good about yourselves when you receive so many emails of people whinging and trying to get out of your program? Your ripping them OFF. Hire some more staff, & start refunding and cancelling payments!
